- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

Auf dem Frankfurter Automobilsalon im April 1951 vorgestellt
war der Mercedes-Benz 220 gewissermaßen der Sechszylinder-Bruder des Vierzylinder-Typs 170 S und basierte auf demselben Fahrgestell mit 2.845 mm Radstand. Trotz der engen technischen Verwandtschaft präsentierte sich der 220 mit einer moderneren Linienführung und in die Kotflügel integrierten Scheinwerfern
Angetrieben von einem 2,2-Liter-Reihensechszylinder mit obenliegender Nockenwelle und einer Leistung von 80 PS
gekoppelt an ein Viergang-Schaltgetriebe
erreichte sowohl die Limousine als auch das Cabriolet B eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von rund 140 km/h. Das noch sportlichere Cabriolet A war sogar bis zu 145 km/h schnell. Ganz in der Tradition von Mercedes-Benz zeichneten sich beide Cabriolet-Versionen durch eine außergewöhnlich hochwertige Ausstattung und Verarbeitung aus
Von den insgesamt nur 2.360 produzierten Cabriolet A- und B-Modellen entfielen lediglich 997 Exemplare auf das Cabriolet B wie das hier angebotene Fahrzeug. Heute zählen diese exklusiven Nachkriegs-Cabriolets zu den seltenen und begehrten Klassikern der Marke
Das vorliegende Mercedes-Benz 220 Cabriolet B wurde im November 1994 vom aktuellen Eigentümer auf einer Auktion in Frankreich erworben und befindet sich seither in dessen Besitz. Der Wagen wurde regelmäßig von lokalen Fachbetrieben in Frankreich gewartet
